CRANBERRY NUT BREAD
1 ORANGE 1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 degrees.BUTTER A LOAF PAN.GRATE THE RIND OF THE ORANGE AND SQUEEZE OUT ALL THE JUICE INTO A MEASURING CUP AND ADD ENOUGH BOILING WATER TO MAKE 3/4 CUP. ADD THE ORANGE RIND AND THE BUTTER AND STIR TO MELT THE BUTTER. BEAT THE EGG IN ANOTHER BOWL AND GRADUALLY ADD THE SUGAR, BEATING WELL. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND ORANGE MIXTURE, AND BLEND WELL. SPOON INTO THE PAN AND BAKE FOR 1 HR. REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND COOL ON A RACK.
