The Sunset Mug celebrates the beautiful August sunsets that add such joy to evenings spent on the Brewster Flats. Travel down to the end Breakwater Road, just east of the Brewster Store, and collect a perfect summer sunset. Afterwards, come back to the Brewster Store and enjoy a delicious ice cream cone or sundae at the Brewster Scoop, located in the old shed underneath the store. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Brewster Scoop serves wonderful ice cream from a local dairy. Enjoy your treat sitting on the benches in front of the Brewster Store, which is open daily in July and August from six o’clock in the morning until ten o’clock at night.
