Strawberry Jam is one of our favorites, made from the fresh strawberries that start to ripen in June on Cape Cod. Strawberry Jam is a favorite on toast, scones or almost any other breakfast pastry. Prepared in small batches and packaged in 10 oz. jars it is made from strawberries, pectin sugar and citric acid. Enjoy this treat from the garden all year long.
